About
A simple artist and internet dweller.
Will provide services as a high quality professional hermit.
COMMISSIONS OPEN - taking on smaller private non-commercial commissionsWhen my commissions are open, they are typically for pieces with simple to no backgrounds, usually ranging in price from 70 USD to 200 USD.▶ I am best suited for art relating to creatures, monsters, animals, humanoids, anthropomorphic creatures, and organic nature.▶ And yes I draw fat, thin, white, poc, tall, short, femme, masc, male, female, any other gender identities etc. I always try to do my best with the references and descriptions I’m provided.▶ I will gladly do NSFW but I will not do underage characters, incest, feral/zoophilia, and other more objectionable and taboo subjects. I'm also not the one to go with for some of the more extreme/out there fetishes but other kink is fine. If you're uncertain which your request constitutes as, don't be afraid to ask!▶ Gore and horror elements are fine with me.▶ Tattoos: Yes, you may get a tattoo of my drawings so long as it's not a commission piece. I do appreciate asking for a permission beforehand and maybe a bit of payment, but generally, yes, it's fine. And yes I am willing to design tattoos, but I am not a tattoo artist, thus any designs I make are subject to changes by the tattoo artists, who will know better what works and what doesn't. Generally, I recommend finding a tattoo artist whose style you enjoy and trusting them with the design process.▶ Examples of my art can be found right here on my carrd or in my art tag onTumblr.
(Here are links to the Tumblr versions of my art examples: 1, 2, 3, 4. Tumblr is…Tumblr and has broken the theme and how image gallery works, so, to see a larger file, right click and open image in a new tab if it gives you trouble.)▶ Pricing & Payment: Commission prices depend on what you want, in what style, and for what use. Usually, the cost is at least 70 USD. I take payments via Paypal.▶ Contact: To see if I’m open for commissions/other business inquiries and to get an estimate, contact me at miahartcommissions [at] gmail.▶ Please include detailed information on what you want done and in what style, link any references and/or inspiration that you may have. If you have a deadline, please mention that as well!
TERMS OF SERVICE - NOTE THAT:▶ Unless negotiated otherwise, I maintain the rights to the art commissioned. This means that you cannot claim it as your own or profit from it commercially or by using it as promotional material. If you share my art, you must credit me as the artist. You cannot use it as a base or sell it as your own.▶ Unless negotiated otherwise, I may share the art and work in progress shots or any alternative versions of the piece on my social media accounts.▶ Once I have begun work, there will be no refunds unless I cannot complete the work and provide you with the completed piece.▶ I have the right to cancel the commission and refund the client at any point if I feel it necessary.▶ I will do only two small revisions free of charge, otherwise, I will negotiate an additional fee. If we cannot come to an agreement on the fee, I will provide you with the files as is and our business concludes. So please be clear with what you want or make sure you are okay with me going with my creative choices.▶ Client shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the Work. Nor shall Client sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.▶ By commissioning me, you agree to the above points.
SO HOW DOES THIS WORK ?Here’s a little explanation of how commissioning me usually goes.1. Commissioner sends me a message asking if I’m available to do a commission as well as explaining what they want in what style and for what use in as detailed a manner as possible - this includes any references they may have. (Mention deadline if you have one!)2. If I have no additional questions and I feel like the commission is doable for me, I will provide with a price estimate and make sure the commissioner is still interested. I will also remind them of the TOS listed above and if there is no deadline, I will give an estimate on how long I will take.3. If the commissioner still wants to move forward, I will ask further details if need be, as well as request a Paypal email address so that I can send the commissioner an invoice for the full price of the commission.5. Upon receiving a notification of payment, I will confirm I’ve received it with the commissioner and begin work. Note that there will be no returns after this point unless I am incapable of completing the work for one reason or another, in which case there is a full refund.6. I will work to complete the commissioned piece and once I’m done, I will send the commissioner a message notifying them about it. I will also request an email to which I can send the final files. I will ask whether they have any specific file formats that they require and send the files right over.7. a) If there are no problems with files or the produced art, the commission is completed and our business concludes.7. b) However, if the commissioner wishes me to make changes I will make them. A couple of small changes are free of charge, but anything requiring more work will cost an additional fee, which I will consult the commissioner on. If the commissioner does not agree to the fee, then I will not make the changes and our business concludes with the files in their current state.
